You couldn't replicate everything that the modern internet offers, nothing latency sensitive like VoIP, but you could gossip map tiles, restaurant menus, and open-hours around on a CRDT and do an ISPless version of google maps.

Why would anyone trust this guy again? He sold out to Musk. I would never, ever trust this guy now.
